Upload artwork from your device or drag and drop JPG, PNG, or GIF in the track artwork section.
How do I add promotional materials?
Use the Promo Materials section on each track for images, videos, and marketing notes.
Can I collaborate with other musicians or producers?
Yes. Invite collaborators as Viewers (all users) or Editors (Artist tier+). Open Manage Collaborators on any track.
Does Cassette upload my music to streaming platforms?
No. Cassette organizes your project. Use DistroKid, TuneCore, or CD Baby for distribution.
How does Cassette help me finish my tracks?
Visual progress tracking and organized assets reduce overwhelm so you complete more releases.
How much does Cassette cost?

Where are my music files stored?
In your own Google Drive via OAuth. Cassette adds structure and collaboration on top.
Can I install Cassette without the App Store?
Yes — Cassette is a PWA. Install from Chrome or Add to Home Screen on iOS.
How is Cassette different from Notion or Google Drive?
Cassette is built for music releases: per-track assets, kanban progress, audio comments, collaborator roles.
Can I use Cassette with Cursor or Claude?
Yes — install @cassette/mcp and create a token in Settings. See /docs/mcp.
