Cassette ("we", "us", or "our") provides a music track management application that helps musicians organize and track their music projects. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

By accessing or using Cassette, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Description of Service
Cassette is a web-based application that allows users to:
- Create and manage music track projects
- Upload and organize audio files, artwork, and promotional materials
- Track progress and status of music projects
- Store files securely in Google Drive
- Manage track metadata and release information
User Accounts
- You must have a valid Google account to use Cassette
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
Free and Premium Plans
- Free Plan: Allows up to 3 tracks with basic features
- Premium Plan: Unlimited tracks with all features
- Plan features and limitations are subject to change with notice
- Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime
User Content and Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to your music, audio files, and other content
- You grant us permission to store and process your content to provide the service
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content
- We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Cassette to:
- Upload content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious files or content that could harm our systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
Google Drive Integration
- Cassette integrates with Google Drive to store your files
- You must grant appropriate permissions for the service to function
- We only access files and folders created or managed by Cassette
- Google's terms of service also apply to your use of Google Drive
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cassette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Data Storage and Backup
- Your files are stored in Google Drive and subject to Google's storage policies
- We recommend maintaining your own backups of important content
- We are not responsible for data loss due to Google Drive issues or account changes
Termination
- You may stop using Cassette at any time
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms
- Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately
- Your files in Google Drive will remain unless you delete them
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cassette operates.
